A COUPLE OF QUESTIONS ANSWERED.

Q.Does it cost anything to join your dropshipping program.

A.No but not for long we are currently in talks with two major suppliers and if all goes to plan our prices will fall and we then would require an annual membership fee.

Q.Are the prices shown what we pay for dropshipping and wholesale.

A.Well for dropshipping yes but all wholesale members will automatically be awarded a 2% discount at checkout but minimum spend is £1,500 to qualify. 

Q.When I go to checkout via PayPal it adds on 4% fee is this correct and if so is there a cheaper option.

A.Yes that is correct due to our profit margins being so low we are unable to compensate for the PayPal fees and yes there are a number of cheaper options below.
1)(T/T Bank transfer) this is free of any charge.
2)(PayPal Masspay) this is also free of any charge and very easy to set up.
3)(Google checkout) we only charge 2% when using this option.

 

Q. How long does it takes for my order to be processed

We will process your order within 1-2 days upon receipt of payment. However, under rare cases, your order could take up to 3-5 days to be processed due to stock shortage, logistic issues and etc. It will be wise if you do not over-promised your customer on the short delivery time as a normal timeframe of 5-7 working days should be acceptable for most international orders. Q. Is there any Minumum Order for Dropship

A.No, you can start to place order for 1 unit and have it shipped to you or your customer

 

Q.Can you ship in my company name so it looks like I am the sender

A.Once you set up your drop shipping account you can have all packages sent in your company name, so when your customer receives the package it will have your trading name on the label.

 

Q. How do I know your products will be in stock when I go to order

A.Our inventory is controlled electronically and is updated daily. In the event that you sell a product that is not you can still place the order. We will do our up most to fill that order.

 

Q. Will I have access to my order history and customer data

A.Yes, we offer a complete order tracking system to all members which enables you to track your current and past orders. Each order status is updated in real time to enable our members to keep track of every stage of the order process, from order processing through to dispatch and delivery
